Journalism and editing
I began my journalism career in my early twenties as an editorial assistant, replying to readers' letters, ordering stationery and making tea. Six years later, via a stint at the BBC, I became the inaugural interiors editor at Ideal Home, the UK's biggest selling home-interest title.
I'm the author of design-led nonfiction; I've written for websites and international magazines; worked as staff and freelance on many market-leading UK titles; commissioned other writers and edited their work. I review books, restaurants, travel destinations, and interview celebrities, homeowners, trailblazers and leaders in their fields, turning my research and these conversations into informative and compelling features.

Writing
For books, I'm represented by
Alice Lutyens at Curtis Brown.
I'm a graduate of Faber Academy's selective London-based six month Writing a Novel course.
My debut novel was longlisted for Helen Lederer's Comedy Women in Print unpublished novel prize.
